“A Taste of Maine” Wedding Reception
This wedding reception menu showcases the best Maine has to offer – from our rolling farmlands to the bountiful ocean. The hors d’oeurve course includes local and imported cheeses, Damariscotta basin oysters shucked to order, fresh Maine crabmeat cakes, Maine lobster medallions with lobster roe mayonnaise, and locally-sourced vegetables. Our food station main course features a variety of foods guaranteed to satisfy all of your guests, from expertly grilled hanger steak, to grilled salmon fillets, to grilled and roasted seasonal vegetables, and heirloom tomato salad.
Our diverse culinary expertise ensures we create menus with global flare. This menu was inspired by Spanish Tapas – which feature small portions with big flavors. Grilled white and green asparagus with chipotle aioli, garlic shrimp with parsley pesto, and chopped clams in garlic and sherry are several highlights of this menu which features a fresh, light, and flavorful cuisine. Nothing says summer in Maine like a traditional Lobster Bake. Let your guests have lobster “the way it should be” with perfectly steamed lobster, the sweetest native corn, and parsley-buttered redskin potatoes. We have many preparations for lobster to suggest, and although we can put on a traditional lobster bake you will never forget, we can also help you reimagine lobster for your next event.

This menu was created to highlight the simple elegance of rustic Italian cuisine – the freshest ingredients, simply and elegantly prepared with attention to aromatic herbs and savory accompaniments. Our authentic preparations are sure to please even the most discerning “Nonna” at the table.

We have worked with medical and nutritional experts to develop a variety of items that are both heath healthy and delicious. We can include these items on any of our menus, in fact, we can accommodate most dietary restrictions. We would be pleased to present some these times to you and your friends or staff in a demonstration format to show you how easy it can be to produce heart healthy and flavorful meals at home.
Rustic Pig Roast
Casual, communal and fun – an authentic Pig Roast makes an ideal menu for a rehearsal dinner, outdoor wedding, or corporate event. We start with an expertly smoked and roasted pig, served with a variety of handcrafted and savory sauces. From there, the menu can reflect your desires – rice and beans, jalapeño cornbread, and black bean, grilled corn and red onion salad round out a Latin-style pig roast, while traditional New England baked beans, rolls, old-fashioned potato salad, and red flannel slaw will give the roast a decidedly Yankee feel. We will work with you to create a unique pig roast to enjoy with your friends and family.
